With 44 years of industry experience, Max has held roles with Standard Life, Dentons and AKG. His career has focused on the development and marketing of pensions, alternative investment schemes and insurance products. Max also serves as Relendex's Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), overseeing the firm's regulatory compliance framework and financial crime controls.

Martin, a specialist property finance banker with over 20 years’ experience at leading UK institutions, has held senior underwriting and origination roles at Barclays, Nationwide, N M Rothschild, and Anglo Irish Bank. His expertise covers all sectors, deal sizes, and types.

As Director of Communications, Penny oversees all marketing initiatives and manages our financial compliance framework, ensuring the integrity and transparency of platform operations.

With 8 years industry experience, inlcuding previous roles in Foreign Exchange, Connor specialises in managing Investor mandates, portfolios and accounts and is RDR compliant.

A University of Manchester International Business Management graduate with a focus on the Digital & AI economy, Sam supports both Investor Operations and the Borrowing Team at Relendex, enhancing efficiency across key functions.

With 39 years industry experience, Simon held roles at Lloyds Bank whilst also spending 12 years at Hampshire Trust as Associate Director, in the development finance area.

Fahad joined Relendex’s underwriting team in January 2020 after starting his career with NatWest. As Credit Manager, he brings a strong background in credit risk management and financial analysis, ensuring prudent lending practices.

Sandra’s responsibilities include monitoring and analysing the performance of the relendex loan portfolio, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with lending policies, ensuring Relendex provides innovative and responsible lending solutions.

Jordan brings a blend of analytical prowess and digital expertise to the heart of our lending operations. He is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of loan applications, ensuring the soundness of lending decisions.

A Law with Finance graduate, Shaan joined Relendex after a year as an Underwriter at HSBC. Within the Borrowing Team, he assesses funding applications from property developers and housebuilders, carries out detailed due diligence, and supports financial analysis.

As Head of Finance for Relendex, Ivana drives our strategic financial initiatives. With a keen analytical mind and a strategic approach to financial management, Ivana oversees all aspects of Relendex’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
